Are all pieces dishwasher safe? Yes, they are, but I still recommend hand washing for long lasting ceramics.

Are all pieces microwave safe? I don't recommend it.

Is your ceramics durable? Yes, it is made out of high quality stoneware clay, and fired to high temperatures at 1230 degrees Celsius which makes the ceramics more durable.

Are the pictures on the web shop 100% accurate? I try my best to capture every detail, but the photo cannot show the reality for 100% due to the lighting. Each piece is handmade and unique, and there are small differences between each piece.

Do you have a refund policy? Yes, just contact me within 7 days of the delivery.

What are the shipping costs? Standard shipping to Croatia is 4.70 Euros, express shipping to Croatia is 7 Euros. I ship to all EU countries. The rates for EU countries are shown at the checkout. If you need shipping to non EU countries just drop me an email.

How long does the shipping take? Products are usually shipped 1-3 days upon order (in rear occasions it can take up to 7 days). Further delivery time depends on the delivery company. Within Croatia it is usually being delivered within three working days.
