Where I ship: Croatia and the EU (except Cyprus and Malta). For Cyprus, Malta or countries outside the EU, write to me before ordering at pinepottery.art@gmail.com.
Prices: Croatia 5 €; other EU countries 12–28 € depending on the country (e.g. Slovenia 12 €, Germany and Austria 14 €). The exact price is always shown at checkout before you pay, and it doesn't depend on how many pieces you order. Local pickup in Split (Mosećka 48) is free, by appointment.
When it ships: orders are usually shipped within 1–4 business days. Occasionally, for larger orders, it may take up to 7 days; I'll let you know.
Delivery time: after dispatch, usually 1–3 working days within Croatia and 3–10 working days within the EU, depending on the carrier.
Tracking: when your order ships, you'll get an e-mail with the tracking number.
Packaging: each piece is wrapped in paper, placed in a product box, then in a shipping box.
Customs: within the EU there are no customs fees. Any customs fees for shipments outside the EU are paid by the buyer.
Damage in transit: see the Return and refund policy. I'll send a replacement or give a full refund.
