Refund policy

Every piece is handmade by me, so small differences in shape, colour, glaze and texture compared with the photos are part of its character, not a defect.

Right of withdrawal (14 days). If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the item, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell me clearly before the 14 days end. Send an e-mail to pinepottery.art@gmail.com, or use the model withdrawal form below (it's optional).

Returning the item. Send the item back within 14 days of telling me you are withdrawing, to: Pine Pottery, Mosećka 48, 21000 Split, Croatia. Please pack it carefully, ideally in the original packaging. You pay the cost of returning the item. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to check it.

Refund. I will refund the price you paid and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. I use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. I may hold the refund until I have received the item back, or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. If you chose a more expensive delivery than the standard one, I only refund the standard cost.

Exception, custom orders. The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom orders).

Damaged in transit. I pack every piece carefully. If something still arrives broken, please send me photos of the item and the packaging as soon as possible after delivery. I will send a replacement or give a full refund, including shipping.
