Deep Blue is the open Adriatic seen from a boat, line after line of dark sea. A cobalt-blue sweep runs diagonally across one side of this plate, filled with dozens of fine, wavy lines that bend and ripple like a sea current, and on the other side it gives way to a simple cream surface. Simple and clean-lined, it suits an everyday meal as well as a festive dinner, and it makes a set with the Deep Blue bowl.

I make the plate from sturdy stoneware on the potter's wheel and carve it by hand in the sgraffito technique, line by line through the coloured layer. Finally I glaze it with a clear, food-safe glaze and fire it at a high temperature.

Are all pieces dishwasher safe?

Yes, they are. Use the eco programme at lower temperatures. I still recommend hand washing now and then, to give your favourite piece some extra care.

Are all pieces microwave safe?

I don't recommend it.

What is your shipping & return policy?

Shipping within Croatia is 5 €; to the EU (except Cyprus and Malta) 11–38 € depending on the country, shown at checkout. Orders usually ship within 1–4 business days. Are your ceramics durable?

Yes. They are made from high-quality stoneware clay and fired at 1230 °C, which makes them hard and durable.
