I don’t exactly remember how it all started, but I know how it didn’t. I didn’t enroll in an art academy, even though I’ve loved drawing and creative expression since I was young. Instead, I graduated in economics.
During my studies, I realized economics wasn’t for me, but I decided to finish my degree. Fortunately, I never worked in the field. My first job was in IT, testing web applications. I enjoyed that work, but art and working with my hands have always been a part of me.
Much of my childhood was spent acting in theater, drawing, and expressing myself creatively. Yet, I never worked with clay, until 2019, when I attended my first handmade ceramics workshop.
I instantly fell in love with shaping clay. It was hypnotic. I couldn’t wait for the next class and wanted to create more and more. My journey began spontaneously, leading to the creation of my own handmade ceramics studio.
Had someone told me then about all the challenges of running my own business, I might have hesitated. Today, I have many roles within my work. Some I enjoy more, some less, but in every task, I grow and learn. Each creation tells a story and reflects my passion for handmade ceramics.
Running my own studio brings freedom and challenges. Every piece of ceramic is made carefully, by hand, and with love. My goal is for every product, whether ceramic bottles, bowls, or decorative items to be functional, practical, and visually beautiful.
