Refund Policy

Each item is made very carefully by myself. It's a handmade product, and there are differences in haptic, material, volume, shape, texture or color. I try my best to show every detail on a photo and in a description, but even a photo does not show the reality for 100%.

However, if the piece is not to your liking I will accept the item back.
All you have to do is contact me within 7 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Custom orders can't be returned or exchanged.

All pieces are wrapped very carefully in paper, placed in a small product box, and then in a shipping box to avoid damage or rough handling, and most of the time the pottery arrives to its receiver safe and sound. However, its high quality stoneware pottery and can withstand some bumps.

If something still should arrive broken or damaged, please let me know latest 7 days after receiving and I will take care to send you a replacement as soon as possible, or eventually give you a refund. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping is not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
